- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer information, service details, and technician assignments - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely arrival at customer locations - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered - Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Requirements -Be able to multi task, high level of incoming calls.
Plumbing back ground is helpful, but not necessary.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and technicians - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers - Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Job Type:
