Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Business Development - Remediation oLead major proposal efforts, develop client/project capture plans.
Participate in project scoping activities and proposal presentations.
oBuild strong relationships and interact regularly with key clients, teaming partners and stakeholders linked to the market.
oContinuously interact with clients assuring satisfaction with Company services and work closely with project delivery personnel to ensure any service issues are identified and addressed in a proactive manner.
oEngage in industry groups and actively participate in committees and/or Board governance.
oMentor staff and grow the team and work portfolio.
oReinforce collaboration and team building, ensure client focus, demonstrate commitment to excellence and innovation, and motivate others to ensure positive morale and engagementoProvide input on business development priorities, budget and expenditures.
oNegotiate favorable contract terms and conditions and achieve cost of sales, gross margin, backlog, and other related financial and business goals.
oSupport the identification and mitigation of risks and commercial terms during the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualificationso10
years of related high-level client management experience, 15
years of total professional and project management experience in consulting engineering firm or related service.
oBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology or Environmental Engineering Disciplines (Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering ) related field.
oProven business development and project management experience.
oBusiness acumen related to project management, portfolio financials and risk management.
oUnderstanding of sales pipeline management and hard and soft backlog growth.
oDemonstrated existing relationships with the Industrial/Commercial Market Sector client baseContact:
