Our client is looking for someone who is highly motivated and can work independently. Open to entry level, prefers 6 months to 2 years of experience in a client service or IT support role.
Software Support:
Provide software support for all end users.
Demonstrate adaptability, tact, resourcefulness and proactive communication with clients and co-workers.
Perform research to resolve queries.
Refer unresolved customer cases to designated departments to further investigation.
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in preferred application.
Provide internal training on software as required.
Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
