To manufacture grease and oil lubricant products of the highest quality possible.? To operate all equipment necessary for batching.


  • Follows priorities for production batches as assigned by the Director of Manufacturing, Production Foreperson or Shift Lead Person.

  • Following detailed manufacturing work instructions and using a variety of manufacturing equipment, produces product that meets all quality standards.

  • Ensures that the proper volumes are added and recorded for each production batch and any discrepancies are resolved.?

  • Completes all required paperwork associated with production batching and the filling of finished products.

  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

  • Performs the duties of a Bulk Filler when required.

  • Perform the duties of other manufacturing associates as required.

  • Assists in development of operating instructions and work instructions.

  • Performs routine housekeeping activities.

  • Makes recommendations for quality and process improvements.


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Must possess basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction and percentages).

  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions


  • Must be able to operate forklift and hoist.

  • Be able to set and use meters to pump oils.

  • Understand volume and pound conversions.

  • Understand mill settings and reading of pressure gauges.

  • Be able to operate the votator and hot oil systems.

  • Knowledge of loading tankers.

  • Knowledge of tank farm operations.

  • Have working knowledge of the Hobart Units.

  • Must exhibit mechanical aptitude for job.

  • Ability to input and access information in a computerized system

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
