Salesforce Administrator

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • To serve as the Company s lead Salesforce. com administrator and subject matter expert including development activities and Salesforce. com expansion, connectivity between intercompany systems, automating reports and other general administrative duties within the platform.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the Dialight s global business and structure.
  • To add and train all new users and to grow the Salesforce skillset across the organization worldwide.
  • Expand current use of Salesforce. com by collaborating with cross-functional teams, outlining requirements, action plans and timelines.
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
  • Extract data from various company programs and provide periodic reports for the sales and finance teams such as open order reports, booking reports and commission rollups as well as unique requested reports for specific sales groups.
  • Jitterbit experience a MUST.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal, <10% of the time.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Experience with Process Builder and Visual Workflows.
  • Experience with Jitterbit, or similar 3rd party integration tools.
  • Strong data gathering and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work with functional users to design, develop, test and implement applications and process changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proactive, organized and logical in their approach.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree Computer Science or Information Technology

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a. m. to 5 p. m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
